Customer services are open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5pm. We aim to reply to emails immediately, but usually no longer than 3 hours within our normal opening hours.
As soon as we receive your message we will send you an email acknowledgement. If you do not receive an email acknowledgement within 10 minutes it is because you have given us an invalid email address. Including your phone number in your message will enable us to contact you should we be unable to reach you by email.
Please include as much information as possible in your enquiry - for example product codes, styles, colours or the page url from our website of the products that are of interest, this way we will be able to give you more help quickly.

If you are calling to request a brochure please note that as an online store we don't print costly brochures as we prefer to pass the savings onto our customers.
We do have a selection of manufacturers pdf brochures that can be downloaded by clicking BROCHURE DOWNLOADS - these are only available as pdf downloads we do not keep hard copies to be posted
As we are an online only retailler we value our customers security when buying online and therefore cannot take any credit / debit card orders over the phone. All online transactions are secure and take place on Worldpay's (RBS) secure encrypted server - we never see your card details only what you have ordered, so please place your orders online via our website

If you are enquiring about stock availability and delivery lead times, these are shown by every product on our website and are typically 10-15 working days with most items and approx 5-10 working days with our budget and quick delivery ranges (subject to locality)

Please note if you are enquiring about delivery of an order then please email us with your name (or name of person who's credit card was used) and order number - all of our products are delivered by the manufacturers own transport and we need to contact them to find out when deliveries have been scheduled so please don't call us as we don't have this information readily available.
Our preferred method of communication is VIA EMAIL as we are an online company and have found that this is the quickest and most efficient way to deal with our customer enquiries.
