What is back pain & how is it caused ?

Back pain is becoming more of an everyday thing often caused by bad seating posture in the office or home office especially from those who spend a large part of their office day sitting at desks. Back pain is essentially pressure placed upon the sciatic nerve, sacroiliac joints and pelvic girdle.
The Orthopaedia range of Orthopaedic office chairs are coil sprung where as the springs react to body movement a gentle massaging effect occurs and concequently increases blood flow. Increasing blood flow is an iimportant factor in the treatment of reducing the effects of back pain.

Where can I see your Orthopaedic Chairs ?

Although all our Orthopaedic office chairs are made to order you can see them at the manufacturer's factory in Wollaston near Northampton.

We can also offer you a sample chair service all we ask is that you pay the return carriage costs should you wish to return the chair

How do you deliver?

We always try to use the most efficient, reliable and cost efficient method to deliver our Orthopaedic & Back Pain chairs. Generally all orthopaedic office chairs are delivered by National Courier transport, but we cannot guarantee a day or time.
If you needs us to arrange for you to be contat prior to despatch, so that you can be available, please indicate this at the checkout when ordering. If we have to encounter steps, stairs or other obstacles to deliver these items the customer must advise us prior to ordering.

How long does it take to deliver?

All of our expected delivery times can be found against each product - we usually quote business or working days, which does not include weekends and bank holidays. If you require a quicker delivery time please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Can you take our old furniture away & office chairs ?

Unfortunately No. The manufacturers we work with can disassemble your old furniture to make room for the new office furniture but this will incur a small cost, disposal is down to the customer - please email us for a quote.

What happens if my orthopaedic chair arrives damaged ?

All attempts are made to ensure that your orthopaedic office chair reaches you in pristine condition, however sometimes a little damage may occur in transport. if this happens we will arrange for the orthopaedic chair to be replaced asap, if the damage isn't too great then please use the office chair until the new one arrives.

Where are you?

We are based in the beautiful town of Shrewsbury, but our products are delivered direct from the manufacturer to you. In order to offer the best value in office furniture we do not waste money on showrooms or brochures. We keep our prices low by displaying all our products online with full dimensions and specifications of each desk.
